The other boy shrugged and his cheeks reddened. "I don't know what they do in the-the wild. But I suppose Kyrillos is offering to take her out on a few dates...Like sharing a dead mouse in the owlery later." his red in his cheeks deepened and he shifted about uncomfortably. "You know like 'Would you fancy picking the intestines out of rodent later?' Something like that."

This, this is one fine entry. I loved reading it (I really do apologise for the lateness. School's being... well, school) and I'm honoured that you entered this into my contest. It's cute, with just the right amount of fluffy and just, well let me put it this way, I'd hug the story if it were a person that's how cute I think it is. And I don't do hugs. Heh. Great entry.
