@ Broken_Capulet Ok, do you remember this part of chapter 13?
"Mr. Montoya was weary to say the least, but agreed that since the debt had been paid in full and then some, Kellin was free to be released from his services. However, Carlos had warned Kellin that this matter with his father was not necessarily over, and there was a slight chance that his service would be required in the future."
Ok, so without telling too much about the next part, the cartel never just forgive a debt, especially since Kellin's father didn't do it in person and the identity of the real person who paid it is going to be known soon.
@tai0025 Like, I understand that, I understand the basics but chapter 14 completely threw me off.. I get that it's a mystery who paid the debt but why do they need to hide Kellin's dad if the debt's been paid? No one's looking for him, Interpol just want Kellin for information and from what I understand, The Cartel don't care where he is.. And then chapter 16, I got really confused because why are The Cartel trying to get Kellin (or his father) if the debt's been paid? I honestly have no clue what's going on so if you could give me a summary from chapter 14 on, that would be awesome.
@ Broken_Capulet Ok...so they're in Europe to find Kellin's dad. Interpol is after Liz's father who is still after Kellin. Thus the attack on the bridge. That better?
Can you give me a quick summary of what's going on because I'm actually really confused about a couple of things... but Mike's a fantastic friend and I'm happy he helped Kellin aw
