This is a heck of a start and it really pulled me in! You've established dynamic personalities for both Sam and Jess and their interactions feel real and full of depth. I can't wait to read more, 'cause already there's so much emotion even though we don't know anything about these two or where they come from, and that takes a lot of skill to pull that off - awesome job with that, by the way. Keep up the awesomeness! :)

Wow I love this! There's only two chapters out and it already has such a strong message. I'm a firm believer in everything happening for a reason, so hopefully there was a specific reason Sam helped her just in time. It's very touching when the reader finds out that he didn't even know her. Even though this has a slight dark side to it, it's also very uplifting and you've perfected that balance almost effortlessly. You're a fantastic writer. Definitely subscribing :)

I think Sam and Jess's meeting was really cute, and I love that you get this idea that they're just going to change each other's worlds in just the two short chapters that have been posted so far. I think they're going to help one another see things more clearly and grow as people, and I like that I don't think it's going to be some dumb, shallow relationship between the two of them. I think this story has depth and I think that is my favorite thing about it so far. You're doing a really great job and I hope that you keep writing this story!
