I'll Keep You Alive If You Show Me the Way - Comments

I seriously love this story. I just finished reading all of the chapters. And I AM IN LOVE. I absolutely adore Harleigh, she's one of the best badass 'Walking Dead' OC characters I've read. When I read stories, they put their characters into tough situations, and it annoys me to no end when they make them massive damsel in distress for a couple of chapters. BUT HARLEIGH, SHE GETS OUT OF THEM FAST. OMG.

I felt so sad that her bow broke..
I'm glad she got more, but still. Haha, WE WERE WITH THAT BOW SINCE THE BEGINNING.

I was annoyed when she chose to go with her sister, I knew that you would get her to go with them, now that was predictable. I was getting so riled up when she let her sister walk over her for a while. Until FINALLY SHE DID WHAT I WANTED MOST OF THE OC CHARACTERS TO DO, SHE ACTUALLY GRABBED A GUN AND KILLED THAT ANNOYING AS FUCK CHARACTER, AND YELLED AT THE GROUP TO GET THEIR SHIT TOGETHER.


I'm just scared... that I'm gonna get mad again. Haha, because of The Governor. Ugh. He seriously pisses me off, and now we're stuck with another season with him. *pulls hair*

Anyways, I love Leigh, I love that you're keeping Daryl the same as the show, only adding a bit of OC in him. It's good. I love this story, and I have subscribed and definitely recommended.

Oh, the only thing I have a problem with is just the fact that you make massive paragraphs, and leave no space between the characters dialogue. (and some missing punctuation marks, I have trouble with grammar as well as some punctuation, so I can't really say much.)
Ex.

Quote

"Shut up"He said raising the crossbow again.
"Daryl. Quit it. She's not some animal you can put down"
I froze, Daryl? Didn't Carl mention... Aw shit. Daryl noticed my change in expression.

Other than that, it's an awesome story.

This story is so freaking goooood! Just spent the last 2 hours or so reading it all in 1 go, I think its time to hit the bed xD

Girl this is def one of my favorite chapters too! Love love love badass Harleigh. I feel her on the whole killing humans thing. It's necessary to survive in that world but it's still like oh fuck this is crazy, but you can't think about it. That life is crazy lol. Great update girl.

GIRL STOP, I'm totes in love with this story. This is going to sound fucking crazy but I'm probably subscribed to like 10 TWD fanfics right now and yours is like top 3, (I love those top 3 equally by the way)! I love where your going with the storyline and that you go like almost exactly like the plot but added with some stuff & obviously new stuff with Harleigh. UGHHHhhhh but yeah love it. Like a lot. Hope this motivates you lol. And can't wait for my boy Daryl to come back!

Yay for another awesome update! You sure know how to make my day a hell of a lot better! *hugs* And I truly love Harleigh. She is such a strong, independent, intelligent and all around kickass female character. But you see her softer side when she's around Carl and it's so beautiful! Can't wait for the next chapter!!
