@ soupy the next chapter that comes up (hopefully tonight, but maybe after this weekend) will make sure that Sid begins to pay. Haley won't let him off easily

Plot twist: twins!!! Jk :P I think it'd be cool to see them having a boy. Sid with a little girl would be adorable, but a little boy would be amazing, in my opinion. Another future hockey player :)

I thought it was very telling that Haley burst into tears when she heard about Sid firing Pat - it was the first tangible evidence that SHE was more important. And I am sure she has had to take a backseat for many things over the span of their relationship.

It was also sweet how Sid reacted to feeling the baby move - and the fact that he automatically referred to the baby in terms of a boy. I am with a lot of the other commenters that I would love to see Sid with a little girl.

I cant wait to see Sid grovel - as Haley said she would make him, after all he put her through. It will also be interesting to see how the family take this turn of events.

@ Dance2muse hmmmmm, that's a very interesting concept of having it switched. I really really love that idea actually and I might take it into consideration now! Omg though, I can actually see something happening like that and any guy freaking out. That would be a really cute twist. Don't apologize for long comments lol I love hearing what you guys think. I definitely know it helps me write this story/want to write it more because I have people putting in their two cents about what they think. Love it so so so so much!! :)

Sidney little girl

OhI get so excited every time you update! I think you should have them find out the sex of the baby but then when it's actually born it's the opposite. You know how depending on the positioning they aren't always able to get an accurate read. I think it would be great if they found out it was a girl and, Sid being how we all see Crosby to be, goes ahead and plans everything out-nursery room, baby clothes, heck even where she'll take dance classes when she's older. And then we the baby actually comes it's a boy and he, well I imagine him being very overwhelmed because the always prepared Sidney Crosby isn't all the prepared anymore. Sorry, that was kinda long-winded, whichever sex you choose will be great!

Ohh and I never commented at the time but I think the next time you have Vero and her interact it should be kinda awkward and maybe even a little rude. I felt like in the chapter where they had lunch she forgave her WAY too easy for manipulating the situation like that.

Can't wait to see what you do next!!! Oh and I love that you fired the agent!

@ macastel believe me there will be drama coming up, it will take a little bit to build to it aka there will be some happy times before it all goes down the tube again, but i promise there will be drama :)

Love it, as usual. And omg cliff hanger... Ugh I can't wait for tomorrow!! I seriously have no guess as to what it could be! I can only hope it's something that adds to the intriguing story line! I like where it's going, and love how you portray 'groveling Sid.' Too cute. As much as I love things going up hill.. I love drama just as much, sometimes more.. I shamelessly admit it! With you aiming for 25 chapters, I'm sure there is plenty more to come! Some more screw ups for Sid? Ooo another player maybe? But really.. It is your story and you are doing great, I can't wait to see where you go!
