I like how this is in the point of view of Spock, and that you accomplished getting down how he speaks, no I'm or don't or anything like that in sight, except for when Uhura spoke. :) I do wish it was a fuller story and not a one shot...

I really like this! I love the way it's written from Spock's point of view, going a bit deeper into his emotions and his human side.
I'd be really interested to continue reading this, I hope it continues! There aren't enough Star Trek stories on Mibba, I just started one today too.
Loved this ad hope there's more to come :)
