Holy cow! The last line gave me shivers. This was awesome. I love how descriptive you are. I feel like you captured that certain brand of crazy very well. When he pulled the trigger I thought for sure he was going to be dead. I was like, he is going to become this vengeful ghost who can really go around killing people without getting caught, but no, he wakes up in an institution!

Even the way you structured the chapter was beautiful. I love that you will dive into a very descriptive paragraph about killing, and then there is a sentence to sum up his brief thoughts. The whole story is just so tantalizing and I am very disappointed that it is only a one-shot. I would love to read more. Bravo! :)
