Btw, I like the sound of your next story. If you feel that sex scenes are necessary, put them in, it's no problem.

Oh my gosh is she really going to do it?!? And in regards to your new story just write what you are comfortable with. If you think putting in a sex scene will work then do it. If it doesn't need it then you don't have to do it. You are the one who has to write it so you should do what you want and what you are comfortable with :)
