This was absolutely adorable. I loved the fact that you took artistic liberty and it was so well-written that it honestly didn't look like you knew little about Tangradi. Very few people write fiction about Eric and I am very glad you did -it was positively lovely. :)

honestly it's one of the interesting little things I ran across reading fanfic and looked into further because I was fairly ignorant regarding our neighbors to the north as I've never lived near the border. I suspect most Americans are taught little about other countries, might be unpatriotic to do so, I guess! Fanfic FTW - it too can be educational no matter what other people say!

Good point. I'll need to go back and put something in to make more clear they're talking American Thanksgiving.

psst: Canadian Thanksgiving ≠ American Thanksgiving. Canada celebrates its Thanksgiving on the second Monday in October. So while Eric and Harper may be celebrating American Thanksgiving, it's not Thanksgiving for all of his Canadian teammates. So the references to Thanksgiving are confusing because she's not visiting during the local Thanksgiving. Cognitive dissonance.

Other than that, this was terribly cute.
