This story had me on edge for some reason. I think it was because I started to feel like I was trapped in a small, dark place myself. The fact that the main character loves dark is eerie, because it felt like she wanted to be locked in a coffin, the first thing that came to my mind for some reason, and that just freaked me out. This one is probably my favourite so far, one more to go!

So, this one had a feeling of, just like the last, a calming sense. But at the same time, however, it left my stomach in a knot. I have a fear of pitch black darkness and reading this actually made me feel like I'd been stuffed in a closet, or something, so that was a bit unnerving. I felt that way up until the end. After reading about why she had found peace in the dark... I can't totally understand why she feels the way she does.

Reading this made me think. I found myself able to relate to that fondess for the dark. Now I'll have to see if I feel sleepy after sitting in in for a couple hours. >_> But this was a good short read. I enjoyed it. :]

I thought this was going to take a really creepy/darker turn to be honest, just because it's about the dark and everything and we've all learned or heard about all those monsters in the dark and that stuff but this was good. Though I couldn't tell where it was headed, I like how you wrote about why it was personal for this person and why they liked the dark so much. I think that that was good and it was interesting to read the reasons just because it's not something you'd read about often.

This sort of inspires me and I kind of want to write my own little (maybe longer than little) story on nyctophilia. I think it's fascinating and I was really impressed on where you took it. I'm sorry this comment's way overdue, but I did think that this was great.

I liked reading this. Although it was short, it was descriptive. Good job. Smile

I found myself wanting to read whatever else you have in this series. I like the darkness myself so I could kind of relate to the character. I also like your writing style.
