Your comment on my blog led me to read this, and I really like it! The summary grabbed me straight away, as it was very intriguing and gave just the right amount of detail to pull the reader in.

As for the story itself, it's very powerful! It's extremely well written and the emotions you describe are described very well and with lots of detail. It really makes me sympathise with Carrie, and even though I don't know exactly why she's reluctant to go home yet, I'm still hoping for her that she doesn't have to go back there.

I really would like to read on with this to see the reason why she ran away in the first place. That'd be great! I'm excited to see where this story is going

Oh, and I didn't spot a single grammar/spelling mistake in there! If there were any, they weren't obvious. So, nice work! I'm definitely subscribing

This is very interesting! Personally, I don't like reading first person stories because they just give off a Mary-Sue vibe, but I think this was great work and it didn't feel anything at all like a Mary-Sue. You write Carrie's emotions so well that it really resonated with me and I could feel the different atmospheres in different scenes perfectly. Alex's character is very fascinating to me because of the way Carrie found him in the beginning of the story. It really makes me curious as to why he was having that break down and I also wondered why his parents didn't hear anything or think something was off. Carrie's character is even more intriguing though. I can't help but wonder why she's so scared and anxious about going back. Like, her reaction when Alex tells her he's going to bring her back is just so frightened that it's very concerning and it made me feel bad. Alex kinda pissed me off in the last chapter though. I mean, I felt like he was trying to act like a big shot. I don't think he had the right to tell her what she would do because of what happened between them two years prior.

You write very beautifully and this was a pleasure to read. Great job on it!

I am really interested to see where this is going. So far, all I can think about is why she ran away in the first place. With the way she's talking, it sounds serious. I am looking forward to the next update!
