Candy bowl! This was amazing! I truly felt sadness for Zacky and his loss of Elizabeth. These journal entries were written well and moved along fluidly like a story would. Some people can't make journal entries near this clean. I thought you did a great job! :)

Wow. This is amazing yet so incredibly sad. Brilliantly written and emotive you really captured the mood of the story. That final journal entry had me swallowing back a huge lump in my throat! Gah!! Not too much, yet just enough to tell the perfect story. Bravo!

Thanks. I really wanted to do something different with the happily never after thing. As soon as I looked at your contest I was hit with images for this particular story and started writing.

Yeh i set it in the 80's just because I thought that I was initially going for the lobotomy approach with zacky. That didn't happen though. Lol. Thanks for sporting the error for me. I'm gonna fix it now.

Oh wow. I loved this. A lot. You did awesome with spelling and grammar so awesome job on that. The story was incredibly powerful. This was a different take on the concept of the contest, but I love it! Good luck. :)

Wow, this was very powerful! Great job!! One thing though, the dates, it's set in the 80's? I think I spotted 1888 in there once? I dunno. This was freakin awesome though and I wish you lots of luck even though I don't think you will need it! Rock on woman!
