Wow...just wow. The mystery of this story was just insanely good, I loved it so much. The enigma that was the voice in Brian's head and the way everything kind of unfolded before Brian's eyes while he was making himself sick was amazing. I love that you chose this combination of illnesses because it provides such a weakness for the character. Plus, not many people write about the guys with eating disorders and it's a pretty tough subject to write about, but you did an amazing job.
I loved the ending of this, especially when he finally announced to himself that he was the one who killed his wife, the very reason she was dead. Adding an element of romance in there makes it seem so much more real! Anyways, I loved this one-shot, it's going to be hard to beat this one!
