I'll be honest the part that really killed me was when Andy said he was in love with Patrick because that adds a whole new layer of pain like it just stung, it was so real

I love this so much. Like, really, you hit everything I like dead-on from the beginning. First off, I love the pairing. I loved the way you explained the evolution (I guess) of their relationship. It wasn’t extensive and this wasn't that long, but the little details and explanations that you did include were strong enough to me to give a clear understanding of what it was like. The way that Patrick changed for Pete in drastic ways and his false promises of leaving Pete really showed how devoted Patrick was in their relationship. And the ending- oh my God, I ended up feeling bad for everyone. There are a bunch of other little things that I absolutely loved about this, but this is already a long comment, I don't want to spend an hour here, as much as I could. Seriously, this is my personal favourite out of all the entries I've gotten so far.
