Even though there are only three chapters, with one being a prologue, I am in love with this story. I have a feeling that this is going to be a really freaky story that is just going to scare the life out of me. I might regret reading it later, but who cares. Maybe I'll get over my fear of horror/ ghost stories like this one.

I love the back story of the town that was described in the prologue. It was frightening, but made me interested in reading the next chapter. It also makes me wonder exactly why the asylum was the only building that wasn't destroyed. But, for some reason, the chapter sounded to me like something a person would find in a magazine. I'm not saying that it's a bad thing, but that's what it reminded me of. It was like a story full of facts just to tell someone what is going on with the town.

Liz Burton - she seems like a very interesting character. I really like how her back story was basically explained, which made me really curious and more interested in the town itself. I find it a little weird that she would stand in front of the town entrance for 26 years without giving it a rest. But she does have a reason to do it, I suppose.

The second chapter started to freak me out, especially in the end when the mysterious pair of footprints appeared. Now that is some freaky stuff right there. I really hope you do continue this because it just drew me in from the beginning. I guess I just want to know exactly what's going on in the asylum, and with Liz herself.

First off, I really liked the summary. It does exactly what a summary is supposed to - just the right amount to set up the story and add intrigue to make me want to read more.

After the prologue I'm definitely still intrigued. The whole freaky idea of the Asylum being the only building still standing after the bomb hit. I want to know why, and then there's the disspearances, because my minds jumped to the conclusion that's linked.
I also really like how you've repeated the year the bomb hit, 1987, because now that years stuck in my head.

I really want to know about Liz Burtons past and what she experienced in the asylum, but part of me doesn't because I'm scared of my own shadow haha. And now there's the unexplained set of extra footprints!

My favourite thing about the story is the plot. It's so original and I get the feeling you have some big (and rather terrifying) events planned for future chapters. So continue yes? Yes :)
