Love it, I think Sid is goin to be thrilled about the pregnancy but wi be there for Wyn becuz she is freaking out and they had this talk before so he is goin to do his best to convince her tht she will be a great mom and tht him and her r goin to be great parents, can't wait to read more update as soon as u can :)

I think Sid will be excited but concerned for her. Pregnancy is no small deal! And no matter how ready one might feel, the reality is that it's scary and hard work to suddenly be responsible for a little being who is completely dependent on you. And you have to grow the kid, too (Makes for a great, "wow, I made that!" moment, though). OTOH, they're pretty resilient critters, kids, and mostly they don't seem to realize until long after the fact that half of the time their parents are completely faking it, failing sometimes and building off the failures. Most kids don't realize their parents are bullshitting their way through parenthood, for better or for worse, until such time when the kids themselves have their own kids and are faking it themselves.

Not that I'd know from personal experience or anything. *whistles*

On the plus side, I have probably apologized more times now, and more sincerely, for any and all difficulties I ever put my parents through.

Can't wait for more!

Squeee - I knew it! I'm so happy for Wyn and Sid. I think it's natural to be worried at first, in fact I bet Sid will have some initial panic, he's only human after all. But I can't think of two people who will make better parents then Wyn and Sid. Loved this update and love this story. It's so well-written, and it's real, there is no over-the-top drama, it's just very, very real.

Sid will be over the moon. I think most new mamas to be deal with issues of inadequacy. Before you think about the big happy family pictures. After you realize you will be responsible for another human beings every need. Of course it's overwhelming.

You need to update ASAP! She needs to tell him now! I can't wait to see how she tells Sidney and everything! I hope he is as happy as I think he'll be.

Loved this chapter and love this story. I love the relationship between Wyn and Taylor, I can imagine that's something Sid would place great importance in, a partner who gets on well with his sister, as we all know how important Taylor is to him. And I really hope Wyn is pregnant, she's so worried about being a mom, that I think it happening unplanned might be what she needs!
