The rules governing getting a passport change a bit when you're 16 or so, older teens may not need either/both parents there if the teen has their own ID and written proof of parental consent (to keep the kid running away to foreign shores by him or herself, one presumes). And of course, getting a passport was much easier pre-9/11 IME, not that that would have any bearing on your story at all.

Anyway, this could be a consideration when it comes to backstory if you do decide to continue. I.e. after a contentious split, Bryce's bio-dad probably might not allow the kid to get a passport if he wants to be an asshole and she doesn't have full custody.

Good luck continuing this if you choose to. But one thing: to get an American child a passport both parents need to come to the passport agency with all the documentation or the parent that doesn't come needs to submit notarized documents saying he or she consents to the passport application. It's an effort to make it harder for one parent to take their children out of the country without the other parent's knowledge and consent in cases of divorce, etc. The only way around that is if Olivia has sole legal custody of Bryce and the custody paperwork doesn't restrict her from taking him out of the country (and she'd have to bring that paperwork in). One of those things I found out through experience (getting my kid a passport, not stealing my kid).

I honestly couldn't tell you. lol.

There was just something about him that seems easy going and simple. Like he wouldn't ask something unless he was sure he wanted to know the answer. Right now in my head the first two questions don't have answers but that's not to say they wont in time. That's not to say they wont be answered in time, the seed has been planted to continue. The last question is a big fat nope, not because I wouldn't even know where to start with writing it but fear on her part.

Yay I didn't make you hate him!

I hate the image MTV has given to Jersey, I grew up in the north east and have been there many times. While it has the clubs/Atlantic City and such but there is so much more it has to offer.

I need someone to explain why I'm all of sudden in love with Eberle lol...no seriously

Getting past that it's adorable that he wasnt scared of the baby and how he acted with it!! That does raise some questions for me as a reader though: like did he ask about the father? Did it scare him at all that in a weeks time he'd started spending the night with a new mother??? And one question I had was were they sexing it up during that week or was it just sleeping? Lol if I were just reading this to read it I prolly wouldn't have questions lol

I woulda liked to see more depth into their relationship..a lot was left out for their week or weekend together. Sometimes that's good and other times (for me) that's bad because I just want to know...I'm tired of thinking for myself lol so just tell me haha. But all in all it was adorable! And I kinda love him more...ugh Eberle and his gapped tooth cuteness...

I also liked how you made the jersey shore like a family thing..I didn't know that was possible. So I liked that you didn't take the obvious jersey shore cop out and make it party central lol

Good job! I should post winners tomorrow at some point
