Love, love, love the concept of this story. I haven't read anything like this in so long and even then, not quite like this with all the girls. You should seriously give yourself a pat on the back for the originality.
I also really like how each of the chapters are drabbles. It's not overwhelming and really just gives the reader a good snapshot of one moment in each of these girls' lives.
Your first chapter was great. I actually laughed out loud when I read "But I'm a hand model!" It's so weird to think that someone would be picked on for being a model - most of the girls I know who model are extremely popular, but I suppose the US is different and social status is more unstable.
Sasha's just...oh she's so young. I just want to shake my head and wait for the inevitable crash back to earth.
I really felt for Bailey - reading what she did to make a guy like her too. I'd like to see her and Anushka become friends and somehow just walk all over Mia and Sasha, but I guess I'll have to wait and see!
I think you've done a really great job of capturing the whole high school popularity scramble!

And yeah about the model aspect; There was this girl at my high school who was a model and even though she had a ton of friends, a lot of other girls really disliked her, so I'm kind of basing it on that. ^^
