Thank you so much for the comment! This sounds weird, but I like to write sad stories. There's so many ones with happy endings but it doesn't always work out like that! I plan on writing this from Patrick's perspective and then maybe a prologue and epilogue too... Thanks again! :)

That was so sad! Esp. that she couldn't have faith that he would wait for her, that she could grow find her way to growing up and old with him. Marriage, if you take it seriously, is scary but it can also be wonderful, too (much like children, although much less scary than children IMO). THere's just something kind of selfish about hurting someone you love like that before things get tough, definitely selfish to run away instead of admitting that you have a problem. Sadness. I'd love to see a follow-up (or for you to write something else)!
