I knew this was going to happen. I mean, there was no way around it.
Halvo screwed up so bad and john's going to be there, she's might as well get her new year kiss and maybe, one day, be friends with Halvo again.

after this long weekend, i've come home to this and i couldn't be more happy... and bummed (not because of you but how shit went down in this story). but also, i'm sure the friend didn't mean to call you out in a bad way, she said she just doesn't get why we find anything she does interesting/story worthy and etc. but SHE doesn't get us haha... i tell her it's cause weird shit just happens to her so much she's not fazed by it so her opinion is invalid hahaha.

but onto the story, like i give props to eric for telling john sooner so if chaney talks to him it'll be easier but at the same time he waited waayyyyy tooo long to tell her and that's why chaney e x p l o d e d. but shots were fired in this chapter-- people saying some things that just broke my heart.

john, i hope you pick up the pieces cause you know you're a good dude john...

we should brainstorm the million dollar idea! she'll like the idea when she needs to get back here and for some reason they won't let her back lol. she'll love the idea then... and even the dude. somehow "weird fate" will work out.

I'm so OVER Stephanie and she wasn't even in this chapter! That's how over her I am!

Either way, the chapter was awesome, the story is awesome, you're awesome. So basically what I'm saying is I can't wait for the next update.

AHAHA THIS SEEMED SO FAMILIAR… HAHAHA GOSH, I WAS SIDE EYEING THE FRIEND AND THAT DUDE. THOSE TWO TOGETHER ALWAYS MAKE ME LAUGH SO HARD (AND THEY SAY IT'S NOT FLIRTING). MILLION DOLLAR IDEA NEEDS TO HAPPEN WITH THEM LIKE NOW. the amount of gold that would come out of both their mouths. especially when we all egg them on haha.

that being said, halvo is dumb… like he acts one way then sees chaney and is all boyfriend mode again. i get the whole stephanie thing but still, dude… not cool. then there's pat who knows too much and doesn't know what to do with the information… poor dear sweet pat. i said before i am team maine, i don't like any of those dudes suffering… keep the drama for the others please.

but oh man, i loved all the john/chaney moments so much…. BUT OH MAN, LIKE IS STEPHANIE AND HALVO FINALLY GOING TO TELL THEM NEXT CHAPTER?! but john and chaney... bad timing. i just gah, i don't know how to feel anymore.

This is gonna happen and we established that it opens with her accepting the offer and it being dramatically interoreted by a sassy band dude...aka Halvo. This show will win awards.

good dude john, you're back and being you know, a good dude... offering to take a flight out to see if his friend is alright.

halvo is finally kind of getting his shit together, thank god... but you know, he's totally digging the whole feeling manly/wanted by stephanie thing cause i think part of him still knows even though he has chaney, he doesn't completely have her cause since she's been closer to john the old crush she once had is now more valid (i don't know if that's the right word to use). but you know, sometimes it just doesn't work (chemistry wise) between friends being lovers-- it's sometimes only good in theory.

that being said, oh man pat heard some shit and now it's about to go down (and spread out?) oh man... where is this going to know, i never know. but it's always a super pleasure and exciting to read this story.

Oh my god??? Holy crap that was so intense and John being all concerned made me feel things. Especially when he offered to take the next plane home punched my heart. (lol)

On the other hand, Hsalvo needs to sort out his priorities. I feel bad for Stephanie heaps, yes that is given, but Halvo can't shut Chaney out. I understand it'll be easier but you know, Chaney didn't even fit in the "people I'm concerned about as of the moment" category that time. I love Chaney/Halvo, I really do, but if can't make time for Chaney: don't lead her on. I mean it could be the cause of their relationship ending...or worse their friendship. Due to the extremely stressful requirements needed for school, it's been ages since I last dropped a comment here. Quiz after quiz and presentation after presentation that my lecturers have given me is the reason why I can't take a 30 minute trip to Mibba. As always, it's a pleasure to read your work as it takes me away and makes me forget about all the papers that I need to do. It's like my break from reality. Also please do know that I very much appreciate the fact that you make time for writing, despite your busy schedule. Haha I wish I could manage my time like that. Till the next update!

WHAT?! What. The. Heck. Stephen or whatever his name is, is a crazy psycho and needs to be stopped. I have a feeling John and Halvo are going to come rushing back once they hear about his, Halvo is going to get mad that John is so concerned about his girlfriend, they'll get into a fight, Chaney will get mad at Halvo for being distant, and instead of comforting her, Halvo will run to Stephanie to make sure she's ok. I'm probably completely wrong, but that's just my guess haha.

I'm starting to be more Team Halvo/Steph and Team John/Chaney. As much as I love best friends that fall in love, Halvo and Chaney just don't seem to have that romantic chemistry. Hopefully they can still be friends though.

okay, so i need to mention on how much i enjoy john/chaney being on speaking terms again. love the dynamic between those two. but oh man, i can't wait to read more with these now being friends again.

I have to say I love how this story is occurring in 'real time' ahaa. I think i'm still rooting for Chaney and Halvo, but I'm glad John has gotten over himself! I really like Steph, the poor girl, too - so I'm so conflicted over this story. But I do agree that right now Halvo needs to sort himself out! What a mess! Sorry for not commenting on earlier chapters, btw, but this story is definitely one of my favs - wonderful work.
