I really loved this! You know how much I love Damon, and this was a different but effective approach for his charater. Obviously Damon as a teacher super awesome and sexy too! Way to go... YOU BETTER KEEP WRITING. But as for the thoughts on why Alice cannot be compelled, I am not completely sure. But, it does remind me of Twilight when Edward couldn't read Bella's thoughts at all. If I had to guess, I would say that Alice is a powerful witch, but youre the only one who knows officially! So keep writing becasue the suspense is totally killing me.
