I'm here judging the one-shot entries for my pre-writes contest!
I feel like I can really relate to this because I've had arguments like this with friends before, so I can empathise with both sides of the story. Arguments like this are always started off by silly little things (the extra shifts) and escalate into way too many taunts, insults and just plain, unedited anger. You've captured that wonderfully throughout this, all of the emotions and feelings run true throughout and you feel for both parties throughout.
I think that what I like about this is that you get a true representation of both Andy and Anthony throughout, including both the bad and the good. As a standalone, this works as a wonderful little insight into their world and as part of the series (I'm assuming this is a series), it's be a wonderful chance to do some more character development and to further the relationship between the reader and the characters. Awesome job!
