Lovely story. It feels incredibly real, as if I'm the father and I'm getting this open letter. All in all I loved it

Honestly, this starts out like the five-in-the-morning rambles my brain has when I can't get to sleep and I think it's really interesting to see that portrayed in actual words and sentences that make sense because it is one of these things that makes me think. I adore the way you included the lyrics at the end of each chapter once the narrator has finished her musing though, that's such a clever little way to weave them in there! I was so pleasantly surprised when I saw those there because those lyrics are among my favourite of all time. I also really enjoyed that the story didn't seem to have any real structure or timescale to it, it did just seem to be this completely random train of thought and I usually think like that anyway, so I found it really easy to follow the entire thing.
All in all, no complaints. Great job!
