I noticed though, on the last chapter, Matt shouldn't have known that it was Brian in the hospital but he turned up asking for Brian, you never mentioned in the last chapter anything about it being confirmed to Matt that it was Brian so you may want to re-read that and change it a little? Just a thought. :)

OMG, I LOVE this sequel! Some of these chapters pull at the heartstrings though! I hope that Brian pulls through and he and Matt can have a happy ending. It sounds like Brian has had way too much suffering in his life and it's time for things to change for the better!
