I fell behind on this for a while, but I'm back on track now!
I can't believe she hit him with the bat. XD It reminded me of my best friend, though. She keeps a metal baseball bat in her room just for such a reason. ;)
I feel like I should add more of a comment, but I have work in the morning so I'm about to sleep. I hope Zacky's ribs aren't too badly damaged!
Fight scenes were always my favourite to write when I wrote high school fics, so this chapter had me nice and riled up. XD Although, I am very glad that nobody threw any punches. It's just building up tension for next time!
Ugh, some bullies really just need a smack upside the head.
Her memory made me uncomfortable, but I mean that in the best way possible. My parents split up when I was five, but I don't remember it. What I do remember is going to visit my father one Easter holiday and finding out he had a new girlfriend - and I wasn't sure how to feel about it.
These days I don't care. But for a child, that is a huge thing.
A lovely chapter. =) I'm still liking the way that this is headed.
@ Haylie Jaed Thank you! :) This story certainly explores the groups friendship and also takes some crazy twists and turns, it's by far my favorite piece I've written.
I'm really liking this story so far. It might be an idea that everybody has tackled at some stage, but I love the easy way that you write it and the way that you portray the guys. It's just the sort of thing that I was hoping to find this afternoon. Really loving it.
