I've never listened to Vermillon Part 1 or 2 (as I don't really listen to Slipknot), so I listened to the songs as I read your story. I absolutely LOVE the way that you directly linked the story to the lyrics of the song at the end, where Alexander wrote 'I won't let this build up inside of me' on the walls. I love reading other people's interpretations of songs, and this was no exception!
Seriously, this was excellently written! Your description is great, and the concept of the story was brilliant! It was deeply disturbing to read how someone could get into a mental state like this and do the things he did based on a mental apparition. And I really loved how it synced up to the song (which, from my first listen, sounds like a bloody brilliant song). Nice work! Definitely gonna recommend this!
Wow, the descriptions in this story are amazing! You really managed to paint a good picture for this story, and I almost felt like I was there. I super love the plot of this story as well. I've never actually heard this particular song by Slipknot, but I figure it's pretty gritty and this story definitely follows that. I love stories that are less than happy haha. The only thing somewhat bad that I noticed is that in some places where Dahlia is "talking", there's not a space between that and the next word. But that's not a big deal. I love this story, and you're a fantastic writer :)
