Hmm. The title of your story really pulled me in because I love reading stories about girls that struggle (and hopefully in the end, conquer) their own insecurities. Just as I had guessed, your story revolved around a young teenage girl who suffers from body insecurity.
I have to say, this story was pretty rushed in the beginning and all throughout the end of the first chapter. I think the way the girl had arranged the ideas and events in her head was pretty fast. It started with how she spoke with her mom all throughout the end when she thought of starting to starve herself.
What I like about this story is how I have grown to like this character who is possibly thinking of starving herself for vanity's sake. I think it's because I can relate to her sometimes. I'd love to get a better insight on her in your future chapters.
