Captor: Greece

Nitram: Mexico

Leijon: Sweden

Maryam: Algeria

Pyrope: Germany

Serket: Egypt

Zahhak: Iran

Makara: Pakistan

Ampora: Italy

Peixes: Portugal
Note that Nitram is not a real word but Martin spelled backwards so I gave him an ethnicity suitable for an adiosToreador. For a couple I looked for other name meanings and other countries that use the same mythologies because I didn't want them all to be from Greece and India :P

Vantas is a drug, so I went by Karkat's first name, which would make him Indian (according to MSPA wiki, Karkata is the Sanskrit word for the astrological sign of Cancer). Megido has Hebrew origins (think of the word ameggedon) but I made the Megidos Japanese to make Damara accurate. They all live in America, though, since Condelle does not have infinite resources to go drop off and find these kids all over the world :)

Yep! The Strilondes are white, the Egbert clan is black, and the trolls are whatever ethnicity comes with their last name.

That's really amusing, yeah! So is John black in this one?

John's dad, not Jane's :D. I saw a post on Tumblr once where somebody said their headcanon was that John was black and his dad was Asian and he is just such an oblivious dork he never noticed. I thought it was kind of funny, so I included it :)
