Yeah, I kind of didn't want it to be like, bam! they're husbands, and have the entire story based around the legal relationship. I feel like that would have drawn the mind somewhere else in the story.

I'm glad, especially since Lion and Raven are husbands (which I wasn't expecting by the way, but some how just brought out a whole new reason why Raven was so scared).
And no problem. You are an amazing writer.

I really wanted to ground Lion somewhere, and not just... wandering. So he's definitely staying. Thank you so much for your support.

    @ silent hearts.
You definitely have it right; there is no why, it just exists. This entire piece is like that, so you're correct. Also, the wanting to leave contrasting with the wanting to stay was also a huge part of this, so I'm happy it wasn't too convoluted.
Thank you for your comment, it really made my day.

I really like this. It's well written, and just really creative altogether. The ending was perfect and I really hope that Lion doesn't leave again. Amazing work. <3

Husband. I can't say I was expecting that one. Or for him to ever stay, really. But I think the most excellent turning point was when Raven asked to leave with him some time.
Thank you for writing something so real. It isn't overdramatic in its darkness, nor does it boast a false happiness. It just...is. I don't like saying that in English. It happens to be my favorite word in German - sein. To be. I don't know if that makes any sense or if it was the point of the piece at all, but that's how it made me feel.
    Incredibly well done.

I kind of like this too.
Actually, I like it a lot. The names, the tattoos, the expectations. Its incredible, really. This is an amazing piece, particularly where sensory detail is concerned. I can't wait for the second part.
