Nice first chapter. I like the initial set up, and there's already a little bit of insight into what kind of relationship might be in store. Harry is obviously the far more confident boy, comes across as articulate and well able to stick up for himself. Peter is far more obscure, a little uneasy in himself maybe. I like the contrast between the two, and Harry may be the person to bring Peter out of his shell.
I just noticed a couple of spelling mistakes, you mistyped 'look' and 'opportunity', but a quick reread will sort that out.
All in all, great first chapter. Can't wait to read more and see where this story goes.
