This is really interesting especially since it's a supernatural A7X story. I love how descriptive you made it and leave you wanting answers at the end.

I really like this and you've described everything beautifully, I wonder what kind of power she has. The difference between all the voices is perfect too :)

I love how you just start giving little tidbits of information right at the beginning. I think it really helps set the story up for the win! "She tormented herself in her self imposed prison, afraid to unleash her curse onto others, afraid of destroying everything she touched." That sentence was just perfect. Like, holy crap that felt so freaking deep and poetic! It was beautiful.

As you go on, your imagery and descriptions are just splendid. I love how you always delve deeper into her demons. The way you write about them haunting her is just so dark and it fits the mood you've created perfectly! Then when you describe her and her appearance, you just do it so gorgeously. Like when you talked about her hair and how it skimmed her waist in dark tangles. I thought that was perfect imagery!

Wow, you just go right for it and it kept my attention! There's all this mystery shrouding the character now and I'm just dying to know what she is and, more importantly, who they are! I mean, just great job on this! It was an amazing read and you should be proud!

I love how you've started this. You give away just enough clues to make us curious, but don't answer too many questions so OF COURSE we're left wanting more and we're going to have to come back! Mark of a fantabulous writer As I'm sure everyone else is, I'm curious as to what exactly she is, and what exactly they are. I can't wait to read more!

I didn't realize that it was about Avenged Sevenfold until I saw the names at the very end, haha! That's a good thing though, because it means someone (such as myself) who doesn't know much about the band won't be struggling to understand the story. And secondly, your writing: incredible! I love all the detail you gave not just in the first few paragraphs, but throughout the whole story! This was super cool and interesting, keep up the great work!

OH IT'S AVENGED- DID NOT REALISE THAT UNTIL I SAW THE NAMES. WHAT AN IDIOT.
Anyways. This is a really awesome start- there's something so original in this particular plot, I have a feeling it's going to be very different to most of the supernaturally-A7X type stories out there (as a veteran, I know there are a LOT out there). Can't wait to see where you take it from here, I know it's going to be fantastic.

This story definitely has an interesting start. I think it's one of those beginnings that sets the reader up for the situation but doesn't give the entire thing away in the first thousand or so words. I also think you did a good job at ending the first chapter on a good note. Their conversation made the story very interesting and definitely left me wanting more - a great ending for a chapter!

and it's supernatural themed! that's just awesome!! I really enjoy and love this after just the 1st chapter.. i'm so curious as to what they all are.. angels? fallen angels? or something else?
