Are you gonna update this story soon? I absolutely love it. You write beautifully; you paint such a clear picture. I think Janelle may be overreacting. Just a tad. She should try seeing the situation from his perspective. Obviously actions speak louder than words and he clearly likes her. However, he should be more honest. Gosh I want the next part!

THANKS FOR THE SUGAR OH MY GOD. jeez, I definitely wasn't expecting the big reveal to be that emotional. honestly I think it's only because she's so sheltered that she's reacting like this. (except for the part about Pete still being with Ashlee, ugh, like c'mon dude.) damn though he is going to GET it. I can't see their relationship blooming anymore now that everything's out in the open, so now I really have no idea what to expect from here on out.

YOOOO I was so not expecting that. good for Janelle, she finally learned to let go of her inhibitions and have some fun for once! Nicole is going to freeeeak out omg. I love seeing Janelle and Pete together though, they are so adorable. And that song is perfect oh lord, that girl does a wonderful cover. it matches the mood you set so well. oh and I'll totally read both of those stories, they sound promising! (I mean really, how could you ever go wrong with Wentz fics?)

So, I listened to Telluride that you mentioned this story was loosely based off of, and I found that it painted even more of the picture you were going for. Janelle is perfect in the sense that she seems very realistic. I can't help but to wonder though, that once she finds out about Pete's band and famous lifestyle, whether or not she'll want to leave it all behind and go off like her sisters. It will be interesting to see that change in her. For the story itself, I really enjoy it. I can't wait until you update again!

i love football. i love football so much. i don't like any of the teams you mentioned, of course, but to have two things (fall out boy, football) intersecting in this fanfic was so much fun to read.

I'm sooo glad you added in the bit about Pete constantly ragging on Dirty. as much as I love that man, he was such an asshole to him. I always felt bad whenever I watched videos of them together aw. (but at least in this story he kind of got his payback haha) anyway, I also love that every time Pete's famous identity is about to be revealed, you cut it short. I can't wait until Janelle finds out about his lifestyle, it'll be like a culture shock to her.

the whole time they were snowboarding I just kept picturing him in that video where they make a homemade slip 'n slide at some venue during the HCT in 2007 omg. Janelle and Pete are adorable and I looove that all of FOB is there with him (including my main man Dirty)

oh man, I like this a lot. Janelle is an unusual character in the sense that she's perfectly content where she is, and I'm really interested in watching how that mindset will undoubtedly be flipped upside down due to Pete and his antics. also I love Nicole because she reminds me a lot of my best friend, hahaha. (I'm sure she'll be plenty happy that Janelle finally took a chance and shook up her normal lifestyle )

anyway, i love your setting! small town girl who feels satisfied where she is has so much potential as a character. i love that she feels like she wants to please her parents, and i love the idea of big city and small town colliding, though i have to wonder if she'll end up wanting to leave like her sisters.

i love nichole! she's a classic best friend, and i can't wait to see more of her and janelle both.
