This was one of the cutest drabbles I've ever read, and I seem to be reading a lot of cute drabbles today. Your language, as per usual, is simply perfect for this short story. Words like "otherworldly sprite", "elation" and "ethereal" are simply amazing for describing this fairy like girl.
My favourite line in this is "Her eyes closed with the current of her joy and revealed the stray glitter dotting her eyelids, hinting at the universes beneath.", it's so fluid to read and mixes description of what this character is seeing on this girl and a vivid imagination that captures how deep and interesting this fairy girl is.
