    My opinion of most HR departments is that they aren't proactive in these kinds of situations, they're reactive. And I think having Sid go in will probably do some good since, let's face it, nobody wants to be on his bad side haha Happy endings for everyone!

    Chapter 13 almost made me cry (and that doesn't happen to me often). This one was a lot better (in the sense that it was a happier chapter :) ).
    I can't wait to read the next one and I hope you'll also write about the part where Sidney and Beau talk to HR. It should be interesting :P

    ugh just when it looked like they could be together after their bathroom moment, bailey had to go and open her mouth! I really hope they work this all out soon, I miss them together and they weren't even together! Update soon.
