I loved this, it was so powerful. I've suffered with depression before too. Mine was job related, so I feel good now, but it was desperate at the time. You are right though, it is good to talk about your feelings with others. Things are never as bad as you think they are. I hope you are well and thank you for writing about such a sensitive subject. I don't think this was disrespectful in any way. I thought it was very touching.
