I love the way she thinks about her mother, the way you can just paint me this beautiful picture and almost make me fall to pieces. I, also, lost my dad, so I definitely felt that connection. Putting that aside, you could literally taste the pain and the acceptance and just how tired the narrator is but just how much she appreciates her mother. I love the little tidbits about storms, and just how important they are to the entire family. I love what this story stands for. Most people would talk about a lover with the snapchat you chose, but you took it a step above and beyond. You made it about appreciating mothers, how lucky we can be to be alive at the same time as them, to learn from them and help them and to have their love.
