It's all good! And I agree, I don't think it would be so glamorous. It would be cool, sure, but I agree with the spending months apart and rumors, etc.

Part of me wants Lacy to stop this attitude and understand that it's his job, he has to be away often. The other part thinks it's really unfair with her and John should create time for them. Ugh, I don't know.

PS: you know how we idealize guys in bands and wish we date them? If we stop to think about it, being their girlfriend is not so glamurous. Like, you spend months without seeing your boyfriend, there are girls flirting with him, spreading rumours, saying bad things about you,... I don't think I could handle it.

I agree with what you're saying. I'm just trying to push through my writer's block, probably doesn't help I write all day at work then try and force some words to flow. But thank you for the lovely comment :)

I'm glad John's back, but I feel for Lacy because he's basically just coming home to turn around and leave again. Ah, the wonders of having a long distance boyfriend. Haha. Hopefully they can work through the distance, though, and love each other enough to try hard enough to stay together through it all. Great update, and can't wait for more! (:

Sorry I've been missing, but this last one was so sad ): It'll be hard flr the two of them for sure.. Long distance relationships are never ever easy and unfortunately, don't always end so well. Can't wait to see what's up next for lacy and john! (:

And I agree with you about John needing to balance his time, we will see if he leans how to do that. Loved this chapter, even though it was sad to see John and Lacy that way. The insights into the past are great, and help shape who they are as their present selves. John's gotta realize that he needs to learn how to balance his career and being with Lacy, amongst various other things, too. Can't wait for more!

Poor Lacy... We are all a fool for love, aren't we? And that sucks sometimes. I think John isn't the only one who needs to put her first, self-love Lacy! Self-love!
