Makes me think about you and writing... DTO specifically. The second you think you're doing it for us instead of for you it's not worth it. Were you giving the advice to yourself maybe?

Is that song kind of country-vibed? The lyrics set that kind of tone, and I vaguely remember that Annette said she'd love to do a country song with her cousin (i think?) singing...

The scene with Erica and Khaye seems a little clunky, like it's there for pure exposition about overall doubts about Jocelyn and to remind the readers that the characters exist.
Why would Jocelyn not want to record the video?
