Okay so for anyone looking here right now, I have currently lost all my writing because I had everything saved on an external hard drive that is now broken. I'm going to try and get it fixed but obviously it has meant that whenever I've felt like writing a little more... I couldn't. Fingers crossed it'll get fixed though.

Coincidently, very soon. The next chapter is nearly finished. I then have one more chapter to write and after that is the final chapter, which is already written. Then there will be an epilogue (not yet written) and then everything is finished.
Sorry for the massive wait though. Writer's block and stress are my only excuses. Booo! x)

ok, I've just been reading through this story, & I'm only on ch. 27 so far, but i just wanted to say that I was just listening to Friends & Lovers by Madina Lake, when I realized how perfect that song really is for this story....kiinda creepy, really...O_o
anyways, awesome so far!!!!

I asked my friend who has a Mibba for a list of Frerards and this was on there and I just finished it right now and… wow, it’s so incredible! My favorite Frerard I’ve read on here, officially.
The beginning was so sad when they weren’t together. I teared up several times and full-out cried once.
And now they’re together and it’s so cute but I’m still a bit worried about what’s going to happen when they leave Europe…

My favorite part –
Life is like a maze. You get pushed into it one end, knowing that the only thing you need to do is get to the end, when you die. And along the way you go down a lot of the wrong routes and get a little or completely lost, but you always know you’ll find the end because everybody does. I was completely lost in my maze right now.

First off, I hope you realize how much I look forward to and anticipate the updates to this story, cause I really, really do, and I pressed reload on the summary page… I dunno, maybe fifty times (:tehe:) till I saw that you had added a chapter. Because I really have that much of a life. :lmfao And I’m procrastinating on doing a load of geometry chapter, so yay for a chapter to distract me. :shifty :XD

We were now on our last day in Rome, spending time in a park. I stared at the clear blue sky, watching birds pass overhead as they made their journeys to wherever birds fly.
I really loved that, cause it connects back to how they're leaving Europe. And also... how he doesn't know where the birds are going.. and he doesn't really know where he and Frank are going either. Like... he doesn't know how their relationship's going to go after they leave Europe. I thought it was a really nice touch to the chapter.

I linked our fingers in his lap, curling up even more so that my feet were between his thighs.
I really enjoyed how you described that. Most people would have just said something like "we held hands and cuddled together" but you made it so specific and vivid and I feel like... like I could curl up into that position by how you described it.

I liked how the chapter ended. The last sentence.. it feels like it has this underlying sense of hope, but mostly it's just Gerard worrying about the future. But there's that hope that things are going to be okay present in it and I love it and it's executed beautifully and for someone who was having trouble wrapping up the chapter I think you did phenomenally.
