I'm deeply sorry to hear about your uncle. I lost two of my loved ones to cancer, and I can say it's never easy to lose someone to cancer. I've had my own battle with depression, and anxiety and for me personally it helps to listen to my favorite music when anxiety gets bad. Also looking around and saying "okay I'm going to count and see how many yellow things I can see" and that helps bring me out of my head and calm my anxiety. If you need someone to talk to my inbox is open.

My deepest sympathy and condolences for your sad loss. I also understand about anxiety as this affects me too. Having a job you hate is awful as I've also endured that in the past. Thankfully, I'm now in a much better place. Hopefully you can find a better job where you can be happier. I love your writing and hope you'll be able to get an update to this wonderful story soon.
