I did not see that coming. I was getting into this story with a different plot idea in mind.
The story is so sad. I hate how things happen like this in real life. It's truly awful. I liked the viewpoint of the adolescent girl on her childhood. It felt really real. Excellent, excellent job on the ending. It was my favorite part.
Thank you so much, I was aiming for that "not usual plot." I made it seem like it was useless, not the actual word "Useless," if that was what you were thinking. It may take me a while to get this updated, since it's an original fiction and I have NO idea for a plot. Thanks though!
