Thank you so much! I may start this back up again at some point. I only didn't finish it because of some serious writer's block.. But finishing it isn't out of the question. Probably going to get through my TWD story first and then come back and finish a few things :)

I just started reading this and am so sad to see that you're no longer updating it because I really adore this! You're fast becoming one of my favourite writers on this site and I really hope you pick this fic up again in the future. <3

Thanks so much! I find that I tend to write him as incredibly sympathetic, super in tune with people's feelings. And as for her mother, YEAH. She's a bitch! lol This is definitely not the last we've seen of her. This whole thing is just getting started, and that honorable nature might not always stick. (But seriously no one is that perfect. lol I'm sure she's going to loose her shit in time.) But anyway, I love how in depth your comments are. You're so sweet!

Loved the update - this chapter really kind of slapped me in the face. I hadn't realized you updated and then I saw it and i got really excited, so on top of my shitty day with my internet going in and out I got to read this amazing chapter. I feel like her mom is kind of shitty? Like honestly if my mom ever did this to me I would probably murder her - just just so you know. However I really do like how she handled the situation, she didn't completely fly off the handle but she did handle it in a manner that seems kind of honorable in a way.

And I think Gerard and ash really has something special, I mean it takes a lot for someone to sit and listen and then not judge you for the things that have happened. & I think he has a quality that he just accept her for who she is in the shit that happened to her which is really awesome.

Anyway, before I ramble on too much I just wanted to say that I really love the chapter and I can't wait for the next update.

I've always been a fan of the teacher student kind of thing but this one really takes the cake. Easily by far one of my most favorite stories I've read to date - everything about it from the persona of the female character to the way Gerard acts around her and is very real. However, I can't shake the feeling that his drug addiction is going to come back and bite him in the ass, I just hope it doesn't ruin his relationship with ash.
