Alate - Comments

I really liked the feeling I got while I was reading this. It's really hard to write a drabble that makes the reader feel something, but you did that really well. I loved your imagery and your interpretation of the word. I just kinda felt like I was flying and happy and at peace.

alate - makes me feel like im reading this while perched on the clouds or something. it seems like he's so free in this state of mind while flying through the air & even in such a short amount of description from the other drabbles ive read, this gives a sense of tranquility & happiness. like you can almost feel his feelings while soaring through the sky w/ him

Most drabbles I've read describe short moments in great detail, but with this I felt like I was flying through the air with him and that the flying would last forever. You don't tell who "he" is, but there's still somehow a good idea of him given to us. This was beautifully written with such good description that I really felt light and full of peace when reading it. Your last sentence is superb, too. It makes me want more.

I absolutely love this. It's so full of description, and every single one of those words paints the picture so clearly. You pretty much put the reader in the characters shoes, and you do it so effortlessly. The ending, that last sentence, it really put a smile on my face. It just ties the entire drabble into a neat little gift.

I'm totally going to recommend this now
