I like the heavy dialogue first chapter since I tend to be much heavier on description than dialogue, so the first chapter really helped me learn more on how to write friendly, casual dialogue instead of formal, awkward dialogue. Also, it's very easy to read with the nice layout. I especially like the background for the outline of the story.

WHOA. WHOA. HE DIED! That was so unexpected, but the second chapter is written beautifully. Poor Laura! I really feel her pain since you wrote it so well. I'm really rooting for Laura and hope that she can become happy again! While I've never read a Captain America fanfic, this really caught my eye, and I thought it was so well-written whether it was description or dialogue heavy. You write amazingly either way! Keep up the good work!

OMG NO STEVE! OMG NO! I feel Laura's pain because Steve is so not supposed to die, like ever. I am so curious to see where this ends up going because it's unlike any other Capt. America fan fiction I've come across. In a good way. I like that it centers on someone who isn't a part of the Avengers, as awesome as they are. I actually liked the dialogue in the first chapter versus it having a lot of description; sometimes heavy dialogue just needs to be there. It works. Your layout is also killer and I'm subscribed and eager for the next update. Cute

Okay so that broke my heart in ways that I was totally not expecting. I loved the seemingly playful, fun relationship between Laura and Steve (also props to you for naming your character Laura because that's my name and Cap and I would totally be best friends). I really enjoy your focus on dialogue and description rather than action. Like, plenty of things happen during the two chapters you have posted, but they aren't the main focus, and that's very unique. This is a very promising story! I can't wait to read more, and hopefully find out more about what happened between Thor and Laura, and maybe see more of Steve again.

I have never read a fic involving charaters from the Avengers so this sounds very interesting since I'm obsessed with Captain America, Thor and all the others.

I love the first chapter, I love the interaction between Laura and Steve(Captain America, the love of my life) I love their friendship and how it's portrayed through the dialogue. Though, I would have loved to see more description and narration. Maybe a mix of dialogues and narration, but that's just my opinion! I didn't see major spelling errors and your writing is great!

Though for chapter two, you put a lot of description/narration and I like it. I didn't expect Steve to be dead. I hope he will come back to life, because I loved his friendship with Laura and stuff. I feel Laura's pain. I never lost someone that way, but I still lost people...people leaving. And I know how it hurts to lose a best friend and you portrayed it very well, mostly the part about music reminding Laura of Steve...does the same to me with someone I lost. I really wish the best for Laura and I hope she might get her best friend back or that she will find happiness with someone else, Thor for example.

I can't wait to read more from you, I know this will be a good story :)

So I should probably start by saying that I've never read a Captain America fic before, but goddamn I am so glad I clicked on yours.

I like how the story is heavy on dialogue as opposed to description - it's much more fitting with how you've written the obviously close friendship between Steve and Laura. The dialogue is easy to read and I like how realistic it sounds and not forced, at all which I think can be hard to achieve sometimes.

OOOOH I like how the second chapter is description heavy. I was a bit confused for a moment and then I saw the chapter titles duh Alex Facepalm I like the contrast between the two chapters - the first one is so happy and lighthearted and I'm here like 'oh yeah cute story af this is going to be a good read' and then the second one was like 'OH MAN WHAT IS THIS SADNESS' but in a good way. You've made me emotionally invested in this story so I shall be sticking around for this because I'm really enjoying this so far and STEVE BETTER COME BACK TO LIFE GODDAMNIT
