I'm absolutely taken with this layout, it's so open and so elegant. I find your title interesting in correlation with the actual chapter up; I wasn't expecting robots at all, though I don't know what I was expecting. You're creating something different and "outside the box" here and I love that. Your alley scene is really beautiful somehow. You have the description of falling in love and watching someone die all in one small portion of writing. It's eerie and breathtaking all at once. And the way you can make a reader fall in love, ah. Your description of Trip is seriously lovely. I'd fall in love with any character ever written if they were described in the same fashion. As the chapter continues, things seem to take a darker turn and I really like how you write everything; from the guilt about what happened to Clear to the unhealthy effect the ordeal is having on Aoba. Right to the end you have captured my attention and in a way that seems to just flow. Amazing job!

Couple mistakes/typos: on the frits should be on the fritz, the ach in your feet should be ache in your and one minor error: what’s it matter if you destroy yourself? I'm sure I don't need to tell you that "what's" should be capitalized. You do the same thing later on in the chapter with each use of parenthesis but - to me, at least - it doesn't seem to match up with the beginning of the story and the other italicized portions. It happens again with your series of no's and you can still fix this. during what I think is a present moment.
