I loved this. I like that you used Third Person POV; I think it made the short story and the narration feel more 'removed' than it might have otherwise. I liked that it was very matter-of-fact about Margaery's situation and her actions. The tone of this kind of reminded me of 'Desperate Housewives' - where some pretty seedy things are happening but it's all stated like it's business as usual.
From what I know of Margaery (and that's mostly from posts about GoT on Tumblr), this seems very on par with who she is. And I really like that impending motherhood hasn't changed her. She still remains ambitious, even if it's to a scary, murderous fault.
