Probably should have introduced them as old friends wasn't thinking about that. They have known each other practically their whole lives.

I don't see this going well. I hope when she tells him, she doesn't mention Hunter because pushing her around and the yelling could be reason enough, and hopefully, she doesn't just jump into Hunter after because that would just make her look bad.
On another note, didn't they meet in 1st grade, not high school. Long term friend when introducing sounds better than high school friend/ex.
