I love how Pekka just assumes that Shea did something wrong to make Riley angry. I mean, it’s pretty much true, but ya know.

Shea needs to get his head out of his ass and get shit together. Riley didn’t have to watch his game, especially after the fight they had. AND on her birthday. If it were me that would be the last thing I wanted to do for my birthday. That is dedication and Ry and Shea just need to get everything out there. They clearly love each other and need to be with one another. Hell, I NEED TO THEM TO BE TOGETHER! PS, Shea’s gift was a step in taking his head out of this ass.

PS, therapist Kelly will take payment in wine. Or food

I don't know how I missed this update!!! Actions speak louder than words and her birthday gift was precious !!!! A very important question was asked to both of them.... Have you told him/her? No dammit they haven't !!!! Loved the chapter!!

i agree with Jimothy Cricket about the flashbacks i think that they are a important part of the story and i love reading about the early relationship as they were just figuring it out and not really adults, and i loved the last update im glad that shea is starting to open the door to his feelings and admitting to pekka even if it's only a small amount :)

Reading Ry with someone else was super weird. At least it didn’t go too far. But R and Shea having an internal struggle is killing me! Just be weak and call each other!!

Also, I have to disagree with other people. I love the flashbacks because it gives you a different perspective on their relationship and balances things out. By that’s my opinion and it’s her story so she can do what she wants with it.

I kind of wish you would have the flashbacks in a separate prequel because every time I see the notification for a new chapter I get excited but when I get to the page and realize its a flashback I get disappointed. I love the way it explains their relationship I just get really annoyed because I'm so in love with the characters that I need to know how they're going to save their relationship (unless you hate us again and decide to kill off one of them or have them break off them relationship because you throw curveballs like that (I'm still not over sloanes death))
um... basically I love your story and I'm an impatient fucker haha

Oh my god! Whyyyy? I want them to be happy but now I'm afraid that Riley will go back home and that will be it :(
Although, if this was the halfway mark, there should be enough time to make them work things out ... I seriously hope that's what's gonna happen.

This chapter was so sad :( but I know they are together anyways it's still sad reading about them breaking up and going separate ways for awhile.

This one was expected but still pulled at my heartstrings. I'm so glad that she didn't follow him even though it makes them sad. Saying goodbye is so hard when you know everything you know is about to change.

I’m surprised Shea didn’t reach over and start eating all her food to make her finish faster. Shea and Riley get the awards for best gift givers. I especially liked the card idea! And thank God for Pekka’s help. He’s putting that European fashion sense to good use.
