Hi! It's Eve (previously americancandy.) and I'm finally getting around to judging my Christmas contest that I held. Life kinda got in the way and I lost the motivation for a while, so my apologies, but I'm here now!

As promised, I'll be leaving a comment on every entry regardless of the place it ranks.

Okay, this was WONDERFUL. And I know I'm Callakarth trash but I just really liked it. Drunk John broke my poor wee heart. But God, I'm glad he decorated his tree. Bare trees bother me SO BAD.

And I know this was meant to be a little sad and gloomy but it made me laugh out loud, like, five times omg.

I'm a sucker for a happy ending though, that was lovely. I'm so glad Alex came back. Who knows, maybe they can venture out to LA together someday! Shame on Alex for not visiting/calling his parents though. I hope his mom gives him a smack upside the head before she hugs him on Christmas Day.

I also really liked the layout, it was nice and easy on the eyes!

You're making me crave hot chocolate though, god dammit.

I love this. Like, reallllllly love it. It's a refreshing change for a main character to know they're okay without their loved one. And it's so cute and Christmassy and I can't AW
