I really liked the imagery and symbolism in this story. I enjoyed the fact that, as hard as life tries, her dancing will always be overshadowed by death's own dance. It shows that even though both are magnificent and awe-inspiring-- people tend to dismiss life for the grace and swiftness of death.

Honestly, I don't want to talk to you. This was mind blowing. I can tell you took this contest as I intended..and beyond, at that! The music was in concert with the writing (spectacular syntax, by the way) and as I read I quite got the feeling you saw the choreography in your mind as you went along. It READ like a dance, even! And don't even get me started on the whole, beginning end business. I basically died myself trying to recover from how beautiful that was. By far one of the most evoking pieces I've read, aside from classical literature. Well done!
